Residential Care

Meath Care offers a range of residential care options and services at both our Kingsley and Como facilities to meet the immediate and changing needs of residents. All rooms at Meath Care boast a spacious single bedroom with an attached private en-suite bathroom. Residents are encouraged to add additional furnishings to enhance the surroundings to their personal taste and to create a home-like atmosphere.

Our dedicated staff support our residents and provide individual care and assistance through a variety of services including personal and clinical care. Individualised care needs are assessed and quality care is provided under the leadership of a professional clinical team.

Meath Care caters for ageing in place and dementia-specific secure needs, allowing residents to remain with us as they transition through the stages of ageing. Respite Care is also available for short stay periods. This service assists carers in having a break from looking after a loved one and recharging their batteries.

Convalescent care is available at our Michael Lee Centre Como, subject to eligibility through the Department of Veterans’ Affairs.

The management and staff endeavour to create a caring, positive and interactive community for all older people.
